This has been a long year full of ups, many downs, good things, bad, moments of happiness, and those filled with profound sadness. When times are tough, I’m thankful my family always “pulls on the same rope.” That’s a phrase my father-in-law taught my husband and his brother. Even when money is tight, when the future looks grim, when frowns are more prevalent than smiles, that thought gets me through. Because, as the Universe reminded me, there is always a way.

Silver, whether or not you can now see it, there is ALWAYS a way.
