Friday Sinema: Dance Off

I love it when stuff like this happens–whether it’s “live” or “Memorex!” This happened in Knoxville, TN so it must have been a UT Volunteers game. Fun times! Have a great weekend and if you watch college football, may your team win. Unless your team is playing my team, then my team should win! 🤣 Especially since this is the final Bedlam game, ending a 117-year tradition. Go POKES!

    What’s Bedlam?

Bedlam is the school rivalry between OSU and OU. Tomorrow is the 118th meeting between the two universities’ football teams. The first game was played in the then-state capital of Guthrie in 1905 (before statehood). OU players rode the train up from Norman. OSU rode in on horseback from Stillwater. The first score of the game came about after an OU player swam 10 yards in Cottonwood Creek, where the ball had been fumbled. Rules were a lot different back then. LOLOL Anyway, there are a couple of stories about how the term “bedlam” came about to describe the rivalry but it covers all sports and winning is a matter of pride.
