I so need the weekend. My 5k training starts up again on Saturday, so excited to be back with all my running and walking peeps. Finally caught up on stuff at work, now just need to finish a few things at home.

Weekend? My life is one long stretch of days that are pretty much the same. Weekends aren’t a big change for me. The only difference is mail doesn’t run on Sundays. Oh, and Saturday football! So, I’ll be watching football and working. I should have the nitpicky edits done on Djinnocide tomorrow and get back to working on the deep edits for Nanotechnology after that. Plus, the heat’s supposed to finally break, so I can get some more yardwork done. Yay.
Would you believe that scene grew out of a writing prompt/contest? 😆 It IS a fun scene, even if I say so myself. I’m hoping for a cool-off, too! Best of luck on the edits. 😀 Me, too. Finals on WITCH so it can ship out to the formatter. Busy-busy!
