On May 19, 2014, Naval Admiral William H. McRaven, ninth commander of U.S. Special Operations Command, Navy SEAL, and the man in charge of the raid the took out Bin Laden, addressed the graduating class of his alma mater, the University of Texas. Take the twenty minutes to watch and listen, and to really HEAR what the man is saying–from making your bed to changing the world. Ooh-rah, Admiral!
Have a great weekend!

I’ll have to watch it this weekend when I get home from my dad’s.
It’s well worth the time, Liza. I’d caught snippets of it and curious, I found the full-length version. I wanted to stand up and cheer when he finished.
wow- what a speech! It also gives me more respect to anyone who has made it through Seal training. Have a great weekend Silver =)
It was a “shivery” speech, Kimber. He’s a humble man who knows about duty and respect–especially when owed to oneself.
Have missed your comments, lady! Hope you’re getting settled in the new place. Have a great weekend. 🙂
