Friday Sinema: Disturbed

Back on Wednesday, a song popped into my head and I remembered this video–a cover of what was one of my favorite songs as an angsty teen. Disturbed is a metal band, and when I think of metal bands, I admit a certain prejudice–I’m not used to their lead singers actually having a “real” singing voice. But dude, David Draiman can SING! So, I hope you enjoy this Friday before the long Labor Day weekend. Have fun but be safe!

  1. I’ve been trying to avoid this remake. I hate most remakes of songs. It’s a thing. The only one I remember liking is The Lemonheads version of Mrs. Robinson. That pretty much rocked. I’ll stop back by later and listen to this – after more coffee. ;o)

Have fun and be safe, too! :hugs:

Don’t forget to stop back. I really think you’ll like this version. It resonates with me even more than the original, which says something… Not sure what, but something. 😉

Got something to say?
