Check Six is a term the military uses. It means several things–like look behind you to make sure no one is sneaking up on your blind side, or look back along the trail/road/path so that you can recognize landmarks and could find your way back if needed. When someone says “I’ve got your six,” it means they are looking out for you, that they’ve got your back. To me, personally, it also means I should look back from time to time to see where I’ve been so I can remember where I’m going. I have the feeling the Universe sort of agrees with me.
When driving down the road of life, Silver, rarely do you know how good you have it, until you see it in the rear-view mirror.
Which is not to suggest that you should look back now, but to remind you that where you are today is more awesome and amazing than you probably realize.
10-4,
The Universe
© http://www.tut.com ®Trust me, Silver, because you’re now in my rear-view mirror… and side-view mirror… and up ahead.
I’m glad the Universe has my six, as do my family, friends, and colleagues. It makes the road I’m on just a little bit easier to travel. Wouldn’t you agree?
I’ve got as much of your six as I can have way the hell over here. And yes, having people like you in my life does make things so much better. :hugs:
Right back at’cha! I’ll always have your six! *hugs*
