This bit of New Year wisdom popped into my inbox and I wanted to share it on this first Thursday Thoughts of 2018. As we’re now four days into the new year, I thought the rest of you might appreciate the message as well.
Silver, soon the new year starts, so now’s a great time to:
1. Wipe the slate clean.
2. Focus upon what you really want.
3. Chart your course.Or is that a bit old school? Feels tiring? Ugh!
How about an adventurous alternative:
1. Give thanks that your life is exactly as it is.
2. Decide that 2018 will be the happiest year of your life yet.
3. Every day, follow your heart and instincts down new paths. This will be your year, Silver –
The Universe
© http://www.tut.com ®You really are READY, Silver. And your publishing empire is ready for you.

I’d love that bit about the publishing empire to work out as that implies the funds necessary to run said empire. Interestingly, the advice the Universe offers is pretty much the conclusion I’d come to on my own. I’m going to choose to be an optimist this year, a “glass half full” kinda gal. What about you? Will you be old school or adventurous?
I hope great things happen for you in 2018, Silver! You’ve earned it. Yay for optimism! And YAY for your publishing empire. May it ever grow and prosper!
As for me, I’m all like “:blink blink: New year? Yep.” But I’m lobe deep in edits right now, so there’s not much brain for anything else. And it’s too cold to fish. Okay, back at it if I’m going to turn 2018 into anything better than 2017. Catch ya later.
May those great things come your way, too, my’friend! I need to be lobe deep in writing. I’m gonna get right on that as soon as I find said lobe. 😉
