Friday Sinema: God’s Country

I think I found one of my theme songs for my current Red Dirt Royalty book. This is a song Deacon Tate might sing. And want in on a little secret? Deacon is half Blake Shelton and half Garth Brooks. This is Cooper’s story though, and his storm chaser is going to lead him into all the weather Oklahoma can throw at them. Have a great weekend.

  1. SQUEE! I totally love the RDR books! I can’t wait for Coop’s book to come out. And I know this one has been a bear for you to write, so no pressure.

    Is it done yet? ;o)

I’m looking forward to it also.
You’ve gone through a storm of events lately.
But you got this Lady, and its chalked with hard driven emotions and strength!
Ok now to the video- there is something about those opening cords that run goosebumps up my arm every time I hear it. Mr. Shelton has a rougher look with the added salt, that looks really nice.
Time to lace up my combat boots and go get coffee.
    Ladies, have a great friday/weekend.

I’m so jealous! San Diego is about the only place in California that I’d want to live. It’s gorgeous there! Enjoy your coffee! And thanks for the faith and words of encouragement! ❤
