Try this extremely simple Peanut Butter Brownie Dump Cake. Peanut butter and chocolate is a classic match you can’t deny. If you can open a jar of peanut butter and a box of brownie mix, you’ve got what it takes to make these Peanut Butter Brownie Dump Cake.

What You Need
2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into small pieces
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2-1/4 cups milk, divided
1 pkg. (18 to 20 oz.) brownie mix (13×9-inch pan size)
3/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups (about 2/3 of 8-oz. tub) thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Let’s Make It
1 – Heat oven to 350°F.
2 – Microwave semi-sweet chocolate, peanut butter and 1-1/2 cups milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2-1/2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
3 – Pour into 13×9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
4 – Sprinkle evenly with dry brownie mix. Drizzle with butter, then remaining milk.
5 – Bake 45 to 50 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Cake will be very dense.)
6 – Cut cake into 16 pieces. Serve in dessert bowls topped with COOL WHIP.

Kitchen Tips
Tip 1 – Substitute: Prepare using crunchy peanut butter.

As always, go check out all the nutritional details HERE. Even smart scientific types like Dr. Liz Graham needs chocolate when she’s feeling low. This is an easy panacea for the blues, whatever their cause! Of course, her “boys”, alpha Wolf Michael Lightfoot and their son, Micah, have been known to steal more than their share. The first time she caught them late at night in the kitchen dumping the whole tub of Cool Whip and eating the cake directly from the pan, did she pitch a fit? Of course, she did! And the next time she made the treat, she made two. One for them, one for her. She’s gotten extremely good at hiding her portion. Since her mate can shift into a wolf and can sniff out anything, as will her son will once he reaches puberty, she’s had to get creatinve. I did mention she’s a scientist, right? 😉 If you want to read Liz and Lightfoot’s whole story, grab MOONSTRUCK: SECRETS. If you’re only interested in their immediate story, you can grab BAD MOON and read it for free with a Kindle Unlimited subscription. But hey, if you spend the few bucks necessary to snag SECRETS, you also get the origins of the Wolves of the 69th and Mac and Hannah’s story. Just click on the book cover or titles for sales links. BAD MOON is available exclusively at Amazon. MOONSTRUCK: SECRETS is available almost everywhere books are sold on-line.

So, are you a peanut butter and chocolate fan? And do you reach for the smooth or crunchy version?

ROFL, I can totally see her making two batches and secreting away a whole pan for herself. Lord knows, that’s what I’d do. ;o)
