Tomorrow marks 20 years. I thought this “flash mob” was fitting. And no, I didn’t have dry eyes when while I watched. I love this country and it stands for. ‘Nuff said.

    Not this weekend. Today is first coat on the deck floor and tomorrow is second coat. Then we can take a break. We did the railings Thurs and Fri. Tomorrow, the inspector is back out again. Like they’d have time to get everything on that damn list done in that short a time. Blerg.

      Jeez. In a good news/bad news, if the FHA loan doesn’t go through, maybe the buyer can get other financing and if not, they will have already done the work and “slimmed down” the interior profile for putting it back on the market. I suspect it’ll sell again fast if it comes down to that. Hang in there!
