Do you ever have times when you are absolutely positive that you’ve done something–especially something in advance–and then come to find out that…nope. Nada. Nyet. Zero. Zilch. I didn’t do it–expcept maybe in my dreams. Or maybe my imagination. So anyway… Yeah, that’s me today. I’ve been walking around singing the Scarecrow’s song from “Wizard of Oz.” I played him once, in a stage musical. I played Peter Pan, too. I still don’t want to grow up–I WON’T grow up!–and I can still crow–err-er-err-errrrr. Anyway, I thought I’d set today’s blog up yesterday as I am wont to do (and that IS “wont” not “won’t”–look it up and yet this morning, after a night of tossing and turning, I discover that I had not. Hence, I need a brain. And far more cups of blessed caffeine than would be good for me to find a brain. Instead, I want to be this cat. Or any cat. I don’t want to human today. I want to cat. And that’s about as philosophical as I can get under the circumstances. Who else wants to be a cat today? 🙋🏼♀️
