Yesterday was Mothers Day. Mothers come in all shapes and sizes and includes moms of non-human kids. I saw a cool word yesterday that incompasses all the kinds of moms: Motherers. So I’m decreeing today Happy Motherers Day!
Our weather was beautiful. For a change. We had soccer Saturday. It was nice. Warm with a cool breeze. Stormy played well but due to circumstances and on account of because, they didn’t score enough goals to win. Ah well. Next time.
Other than that, we really didn’t do anything and that was nice. We just vegged. I even got in a nap on Saturday.
I haven’t done much writing despite all my good intentions. I did some thinking about the book so there’s that. Ariel is being an absolute mule about his story. Sadly, writing will be shoehorned in around Real Life this week. LG, Jake and I will be at VA most of tomorrow as he undergoes some tests that require him having a driver. Any of y’all with manly men know how that goes over. 😉
Doing a marathon relisten to Kristen Ashley’s Chaos MC series. I’m currently listening to RIDE STEADY. It’s probably my favorite in the series.
I tried a new recipe but screwed up one of the ingredients. It turned out better–in my opinion–so I’ll make it again but set it up a little bit different. When I do, I’ll take a pic and use it for a Tuesday Treats posts.
Other than that, not much else going on in my world. What’s up in yours?

Not much going on here either. I spent some time cat-proofing the top of the fridge because Finn surprised me from up there first thing. I’m also working on adding the TTW link to all my other books’ back matter. wee and whoopie. I also need to add TTW to my blog’s book page and probably a hundred other things I haven’t thought of yet. I’m tired just thinking about it.
Yeah…all those link updates are a pain. That’s why I converted almost everything over to Books2Read with a link to each series. That way, I only have to update the series reading list page on B2R and then the book list page on my site. Hope you have lots of sales!
And cats! Mine just disappear. They don’t really climb and then pounce. Have a great week.

We had lovely weather too for a change. I’m sorry about the soccer game.
I understand the driving issue tomorrow 😄. I had the manly man problem until the dementia. Now, any of us can drive.
My week is off to a busy start too. Today was very busy playing catch up and tomorrow I will be spending with my banker understanding an investment I made in the Bond market. Thursday is C’s birthday and Friday is hubs’ birthday and I’m getting my hair done. No dull moments.
Today is still beautiful here, I hope it is there too.
