It’s Thursday. Tomorrow is the 4th of July. I wish we could load up Jake and head out somewhere where there were no fireworks. Poor doggo doesn’t do well with the big bangs. Ah well. Anyway, it’s Thursday and the Big U and I have thoughts. When writing–and in life–no matter the genre, go with your heart.
Aim with your heart, Silver.
Steer with your baby steps.

Spunk, my cat, hates the fireworks too. He’s okay watching them on TV with me but just hearing the booms outside drives him mad. I hope Jake makes it through the weekend w/o too much distress.

Right back at’cha! Poor Spunk. Loki and Pete don’t seem to care other than the fact that it upsets Jake. Loki is very attuned to his doggie bro. The big displays start tonight so we’ll see what happens.
