The world is still crazy. I’ve started switching off the news and only glancing at the alerts on my phone. I have a meme that says: When I’ve had too much reality, I read a book. I’ve also been know to write for the same reasons. And the kind of books I most often grab/write are the ones that have a Happy Ever After. As is par for the course, the Universe is right on top of things.
Love always wins, Silver.
Kindness always prevails.

I’m with you on this crazy world and shutting it off to save my sanity. I can’t be on X very much right now because of the craziness spattered all over my feed. :shrug: Turn it off, take a walk, etc. I found this new-to-me sitcom out of Canada that’s making me laugh right now – Corner Gas – so I’ve got that going for me. We’ll make it through this, like we’ve made it through everything else. :hugs:
I love your Happy Ever Afters. Right now, I’m in the middle of a Phyllis A. Whitney, which I think always have HEAs, so yay. Not sure if I’ll finish it today, though. No HEA yet for me. ;o)
While I get some crazy on my X feed, I also get some funny, some thoughtful, and some writerly stuffs. It’s sort of like my water cooler/office coffee maker spot in the mornings and then occasionally drop in during the day to check my notifications.

We’re back to be hot again. Maybe at the end of the 9-day we may get some more cool. I pay enough attention to the crazy to not be blindsided. And today was Walmart day. Jake and I got there early, had a short list, I DIDN’T forget to grab my cash back. We were back home before 9 a.m.
