Is your AC fixed? Sure hope it was something simple.

AC and electric service/meter all fixed! With the AC, it was the contacts. They’d “welded” in the on position. It took the tech about an hour, not including a run for parts but our “high” temp–in the 70s–was at 5 a.m. It’s been in the 60s all day. Yay!
On the meter stuff, there was a main wire that had the weather proofing scraped off in the tree fall. It could have led to a fire sooner than later. He was surprised we didn’t even get a power blip. We were without power for about 4 hours today but it’s all fixed now too.
I am soooo ready for some peace and quiet!
On an aside re: your comment on Jen’s, maybe it is time to consider alternative care. It’s a hard decision but you need to take care of you, too, hon. Big hugs! Also still sending healing thoughts for the arm! Pain, pain, go away and stay away, that’s our refrain. 😉
