Are your favorites in this medley? If this group ever appears around here, I’ll have to check them out. They sound as much fun as Straight No Chaser! 😀
Happy Friday. Who has something fun planned for the weekend?

What fun! Love the switch from b&w to color too. LOVE Straight No Chaser. Have you seen them singing “the words” to movie theme songs? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xz_ftcWa188
JB, that video is made of awesome! Have a great weekend!
I got hooked on Pentatonix during their season of “The Sing Off.” They had so much talent and musicality, that they blew the competition away. But, I’ve been a closeted fan of four and five-part harmony Do Woop, so the resurgence of acapella groups has been fantastic!
Welcome, Michelle. Acapella groups fascinate me. I can barely carry a tune in a bucket. 😆 When I was growing up, barbershop quartets and the Sweet Adelaines were big and used to come give programs at my school. Very cool stuff. Don’t stay in the closet about this music! I love it too. 😀
Loved the Sweet Adelaines, and barbershop quartets. I’m also a long-time Sha Na Na fan! I’m so happy the younger generation has “discovered” vocal instrumentation through “Glee.” I’m happy to see its resurrection.
Absolutely! 😀 It’s fun to see a resurgence in interest in all forms of performance art — music, musical theater, and theater. Maybe there’s hope after all. 😆
Cool video. Thanks! I think you were the one to introduce me to Straight No Chaser, too. =o)
I probably did, B.E. Their “12 Days of Christmas” is a holiday staple around here. 😉 I wish this group much success!
