Even if it’s a silent commercial with commentary in Russian…it speaks volumes.

Wow. I really wanted to see that other chick fall on her face, but I’m cranky that way. Success really is the best revenge. Thanks, Silver. It was an awesome commercial. Made me cry. =op
Yeah…but there’s a certain…nobility in taking the high road. Even if I agree with you! LOLOL
Didn’t mean to make you cry but not bad for a hair care commercial, right? 😉
Nobility and I only have a passing acquaintance. ;o)
No worries. I cry over commercials, songs, football, It’s my thing. LOL
You wonder how many never keep working toward there dreams, because of others actions. Karma can be a bitch.
Kinda needed this, to say keep strong, have faith and going forward.
Buyer bailed after inspection, so we have some things we need to check out, thou it appears the buyers fiance was very ccontrolling even thou she was buying it! But it wasn’t meant to be with her, so gotta keep going forward.
Its Friday, have a good weekend =)
So sorry to hear that, Kimber. I hope nothing from the inspection is too hard to fix or too expensive, or even better – that it really wasn’t anything and she was just using it as an excuse to back out. My fingers are still crossed for you. :hugs:
Thank you Girlie–Have someone coming out on Monday, keep good thoughts— we had 2 offers, so we are letting the other know of the term of contract, be honest that we are looking into what the inspector said, its a couple and I really hated to tell them no, but I had to do what I had with a better offer and shorter closing time. So will keep going forward, there is a buyer for her out there.
Have a great weekend B.E.
Exactly, Kimber! And bummer on the contract. Like B.E., I hope the fixes aren’t too big a thing. You can always give an allowance in the sale price so the buyer can fix on their own. Crossing fingers it’s all minor stuff. Let us know next week when you hear!
