Thursday Thoughts – Universal Redirect

universeThe subject of monsters came up this week–internal, external, those of our own making and those forced upon us by other forces. When looking for some wisdom from the Universe, this one popped up like a Whack-a-Mole.

Have you wondered, Silver, that if (when necessary) you just closed your eyes, took a few minutes, and redirected your thinking, the monsters might shrink, the grins might grow, and the floodgates might begin trembling again?

Except when driving.

Try it,

Love you, Silver. Don’t worry. Not ever. You’ve already passed the tipping point towards… well, everything.

You know, I think the big U might just be onto something here. So…take a few minutes. Close your eyes. Redirect your thinking away from whatever is troubling you and just let your thoughts swim free. Ready for the floodgates? They’re opening in 5-4-3-2…

  1. My internal monsters are pretty small. Mostly, when I notice they’ve been nibbling at me, I kick them in the ‘nads and send them on their way. As for the external monsters, I just have to remember that there’s not a damn thing I can do about them and go on my own way. ;o)

And no, I’m not ready for floodgates just yet. Let me get this cover thing done and then flood away. ;o)

🙂 Monsters come in all variations don’t they? My Monster has had be every day this week since last Sat. *mean face* Even when I’m okay, the wheels aren’t turning that well. I have NO time for this! I can tell you that!

As for the other monsters– how about the nightmare I had last night that FUEL was absolute ick…and I got the feedback, she really needs and editor. *cwies* Self-doubt is really kicking me in the ass.

*breathes* Does that part get better, girl? please tell me it does! (lie if you have to, I’m okay with that!)

Got something to say?
