This song makes me laugh. And I can see my Red Dirt cowgirls singing along. FOR THE LOVE OF A COWGIRL (RDR#3) is in the hands of my editor–4 days early. I have OKRWA tomorrow, babysitting Stormageddon tomorrow night. In the meantime, I’m gonna sit back, drink some sweet tea, and enjoy.

I did! There was one spot that really bugged both readers. I rewrote those four paragraphs (leading up to the black moment so really important to get right!) like 20 times. Finally hit the right note. Then there was another spot that needed a little fix and it took the addition of one line. Now we’ll see what Mr. Ed has to say. 😆 And I LOVE Darius Rucker’s voice. Mmmmm.
