Tuesday Treats: Pumpkin Pull-Apart

Found this recipe and video in the Country Outfitters newsletter. I love pumpkin pie but I’m not big on other stuff pumpkin, like lattes. But this? Yeah…definitely want to try this!

3/4 cup canned pumpkin

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup pecans

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

1 can pizza dough (in the biscuit section)

1/2 cup butter (or to taste)

Caramel syrup, to taste

Mix first 5 ingredients well. Roll out pizza crust. Top with mixture. Drizzle with butter and caramel. Using a pizza cutter, cut into strips. Place strips in a loaf pan tilted up on its end. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 40-45 minutes.

Eat it up!https://silverjames.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php

  1. Sounds good. Thanks! Man, I’ve been such a lump when it comes to baking. I used to bake all the time, but lately? Meh. If I want baked goods, I laze out and go buy them. I really should get off my butt and bake. Then again, with just the two of us and no one we’re close to, we’re the only ones who eat what I bake. Pretty soon, I’d have to put my arms out to tell if I’m walking or rolling.

I hear you on that! LG has to watch his sugar intake and I already tend to roll instead of walk but every once in awhile I tumble across something and think…Dang! That’d be worth the effort AND the calories! LOLOL

Got something to say?
