Friday Sinema: Uptown Classic

Evidently, doing mashups of people dancing to the song “Uptown Funk” is a thing. Well, Michael Binder went a whole bunch of steps further, gleaning scenes from the Golden Age of Cinema with the likes of Gene Kelly, Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers, and a whole host of others. Take the five minutes to watch. I guarantee it will make your day. And I’m betting you’ll be toe-tapping all day long! Have a great weekend!

  1. Cute. Man, the dude who put that together must’ve had a lot of time on his hands. He did a good job of splicing so the stops in the music coincided with the dancing. Cool stuff. The rift between modern music and old film cuts was harshing my brain, though, so I only watched part of it.

    Need more coffee.

Got something to say?
