Yeah, it’s that time again. Have I mentioned that Life is pretty boring at the moment? This is a good thing, except when trying to be witty and entertaining while blogging. Last week was just a week. Stuff got done. Not enough stuff, but stuff. There was Jammie Time with Stormageddon, as there will be today.
Which is MLK Day. Which is a holiday. Sort of. See, it’s…optiona. And there’s a problem with optional holidays. Some people are off work, some aren’t. Baseball Boy is in school, Stormageddon isn’t. That means he’s coming over here for the day. Fun times!
FIGHTING FOR ELENA will be going live soon. There will be a cover reveal and teasers and lots of begging for people to pre-order. Less than a month now before it drops into readers’ hands. Authors always go a little weird–worrying and nervous and anxious and…yeah. Y’all know the drill.
Speaking of writing, MOONSTRUCK: BETRAYAL work continues. It’s shaping up that the extra added new material will come at the end. I think. I haven’t hit the middle yet, though there will be a little extra in the middle.
We’re less than a month away from Pitchers and Catchers. Yay! I do love me some baseball.
I could almost cancel all my cable channels but for A&E, National Geographic, and Animal Planet. Oh, and C&I. I’m easily entertained if it has to do with almost any form of first responders.
Did I mention that last week was pretty boring? Yeah…it was. So was the weekend. It was cold. I’m lazy. And this is short. Lucky y’all. What’s up in your world?
Gah. I just realized no mail today, which means no check and no paying of bills and no errands (cuz I try to wrap them all up on the same day). Stupid govt holidays.
Anyway… Boring is good, but yeah, it makes posts harder. Yay for Jammie time! Super yay for FFE and M:B! Also yay for baseball! I could cancel most of my channels, too. I just noticed DirectTV added like 100 Hispanic language channels, so Spanish speakers can have nothing to watch, too. Don’t get me started.
The weekend was boring here, too. Saturday I was a lump. Yesterday, I got off my buns and did some stuffs, but still not exactly exciting. With the property lines now defined to the north, we can now claim a patch of wild daylilies as our own, so I was over there making a rock border around them, so they don’t get mowed. And I carried a rock up from the woods to place in one of my gardens. Climbing that hill has become easier, but add a ten pound rock to the equation and oof. And that’s my excitement for the weekend. Partay like a rock star! woohoo.
Cardio AND weight training FTW! 😂 Yay for daylilies. Most of mine that sort of survive are in too much shade. I need to find a sunnier spot for them. And we started off the day with no hot water. If it’s not one thing it’s another. Hopefully, it’s something simple and not a need for a new tank. 🤯
I got my desktop back from Best Buy with Windows 10 installed, Microsoft and 7 no longer get along, so reason for the switching.
Figuring where stuff is now at =/
I’m doing a resort/casino in Albuquerque in June instead of RWA SF, excited never been to NM. One of the guys played their when he and his wife went yo the balloon races, and they are very picky about places 😏
Yeah for new book coming🥳
I’m not much of a TV watcher, I have internet than cable, but 911 Lone Star looks really interesting and its set in Austin.
Thats its from my neighborhood, how is next week the last week of January???😳
Have a great one Ladies
I know, right?!?!? Time is flying much to fast!
I like Windows 10, surprisingly. I adapted fairly easily,. Yeah, I’m not going to SF either, for many reason, but I love Albuquerque! Only was lightly recruited by the softball coach at UNM and had she gone to school there, we probably would have relocated there. Pretty country! New book is live now! Well…for preorder. 😀
