I have a soft spot for nerd girls. I was one–preferring books over people. Oh. Wait. I haven’t changed much. Anyway, I have some nerd girl heroines–wildlife biologist Dr. Liz Graham and historical archivist Lauren Reilly come to mind. Anyway, I tumbled across this video starring a self-professed nerd girl and now I kinda wish I wrote YA because she could totally be the main character in a book! Have a great weekend, and watch out for the rising sun. 😉

Cool. I don’t see why you can’t make her a heroine of a non-YA book. I can totally see you writing her story. You know, in your spare time. And after everything else you already have goin’ on.
Riiiiight! I’ll get right on that. 🤣 And yeah, I could make her an adult but I like the idea of that whole awkward teen thing she has going on. She’s just adorable! 🥰
