A little bit of this and that today but no food because Thursday is Thanksgiving and my brain is focused on my to-make list for the family gathering at Uncle Fix-It’s.

Remember me talking about making a tribal ribbon skirt with/for Only? We got it made and then the weather turned funky with possible swirlies right at morning rush hours and school time so her wearing it was postponed until last Friday. She got someone to take her pic in front of the school’s Native American/First American celebration banner. Sorry/not sorry to be non-PC but in my family and our native friends, we call ourselves Indians. Anyway, she decided on school colors and I think it turned out well for a quicky project. We’ll take more time on the next one and it will be more intricate.
That’s my Tuesday. I’m off to Wallyworld and brrrr, it’s cold out there. We had our first hard freezed of the season last night–only about 2 weeks late. Jake and I are bundling up and facing the chill. Of course, being furry, he LIKES the cold. Me? Not so much. Not anymore. Still, better than the heat. I can always get warm. I can’t always cool off.

I haz the stupid this morning. I need a coffee IV and an influx of gumption to face whatever today is going to bring.
No Wallyworld. Woke up coughing with major runny nose so putting off until tomorrow. Dealing with email and stuffs and then headed back to bed because we just now got above freezing. 🥶 Yes, I am a wuss. It happens. 🙄

I’ve had everything I need for Thursday. Tomorrow I will make the pie and cranberries. I think I’ll peel and chopped up the sweet potatoes too so I have less to worry about on Thursday.

Sorry I disappeared. Dang cold kicked me right out of commission. Luckily, LG is used to the Wallyworld run due to my protacvted recovery this past spring. He went. 🙂 Hope you have a great Thanksgiving, and smart to prep as much before hand as possible! ❤
