If I’d seen this last week, it would have been the 9/11 post. I didn’t so I’m sharing it now.
Under the glow of the Tribute in Light, @JohnOndrasik performed “Superman,” a song that has come to symbolize courage, sacrifice, and the strength to carry on.

I saw it last week and loved it. John has been a huge support for all of us after 9/11.
Update on my arm. They said I was going to meet with surgeon today, but NOT. I saw a PA who shared all the info with my surgeon from her desk. I will stay in this dang splint until I see him next Friday. We will schedule surgery then. He says this break is very different from my right arm and surgery is required to have stabilization of my hand. Meanwhile, the pain and itching is awful.
Have a good weekend.
Gah! I can’t believe they just splinted it and now are waiting a week. Not a doctor but I’ve had broken bones. My heart goes out to you. There aren’t enough pain pills or comfortable sleeping positions in the world! Hang in there, m’friend. Still sending all my healing vibes your way! Hope your weekend improves!!!
