Wow. Everywhere I look I see such anger and hate. I’m not going to point fingers no matter how much I’d like to tee off on people. Wouldn’t do any good anyway. Those I’d be pointing at don’t believe they are doing anything wrong. And just so you know, I’d be using both fingers. Just sayin’…
That’s why this bit of wisdom from the Universe seems very apropos. Instead of spewing vitriol, why not stop. Take a deep breath. Look for common ground. Find a way to have civil discourse. Talk about differences and why we feel the way we do. I know that’s asking a lot. But it’s an honorable goal. In the meantime, people should take a page from the Universe.

That’s where I’ve gotten, too. I can’t be angry and sad all the time. It takes too much energy, and it won’t solve anything. What’s done is done and I’d rather find a way to fix things that includes everyone in this country, so all needs are met. I’ve decided I’m posting happy things I like because everyone else has the angry covered. lol
I agree. Anger and hate take too much energy but there is so much of it out there, it’s hard to avoid. And at my age, I’ve learned so much of it is…well, never mind. I can only counsel patience. Things often have a way of not being what people think they are.
Yeah, I’m going with patience too. There’s too much misinformation out there to be confident in what’s really going on until the next year. I’m waiting to see what happens because I suspect not everything is as it seems. 🙂
It helps to keep an open mind. Those are in short supply these days. Sadly.
