TGIF and Bottoms Up!

[Edit: I hate when I goof and mess up the posting time and then decide to sleep in. Sorry!]

Wednesday’s topic was about song lyrics as inspiration and music setting writing moods. Well, this is my current favorite song. I LOVE the video and Iffy swears there’s a book here! No, really! Somebody take my Muse on spring break or something! I don’t have time for this.

In the meantime, enjoy Brantley Gilbert and “Bottoms Up!”

Happy Friday! I’m helping the kids paint this weekend, getting Lawyer Guy home, and maybe finding time for a birthday celebration in there somewhere. I’ll let you know Monday if my birthday daffodils bloomed.

Great song – and what a cutey patootie! Thanks for the eye candy, Silver 🙂

Have a great birthday tomorrow – hoping your daffodils bloom. Good news about LG coming home!!

  2. Silver– when I read the topic before I opened I was already singing the song.
He is adorable and tattoos make him more sexy*fans self*
    Have a good weekend!
Iffy would be fun on spring break-lol

  3. Have fun painting! And your daffodils are that far up already? Wow. Mine are just a couple inches and I’m afraid for them during the predicted ice storm this weekend. And yay for getting LG home. :hugs:

Happy Friday to you, too, and have a nice weekend. =o)

I just have one clump that has buds on it. It’s the one that has always bloomed in time for my birthday. I’m afraid it’s going to miss this year though. The buds were still tight when I looked at it today. Crossing fingers for tomorrow. It’s sort of a tradition/luck thing. I’ve always had at least one yellow flower to greet my birthday. I did find a yellow crocus. Maybe that will have to count this year.

  4. Okay, loved him before I knew what he looked like…OH MY! Yes, he is a hero just waiting to be cracked. YUMMERS. 😉

Have a great time with your kiddos and so glad LG gets to come home. And HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

I’d say…. oh, at least 75% of my inspiration comes from music/lyrics. I love this song too, and I agree with Iffy… there’s totally a book in there!! 🙂 Sorry for encouraging her…. LOL
