Tuesday Treats: Cinnamon Nachos

ConAgra Cinn Desert NachosThis tasty treat showed up in an email from Pinterest and I thought YUMMMMMM! So I pinned it. Then I copied it to share here. All rights belong to the kitchens of ConAgra for the recipe and the photo. All I can say is, when I’m ready to cheat on the diet, this is the first thing I’m making to indulge in. (And actually, at 281 calories a serving, it isn’t that bad plus there are probably ways to cut down calorie count further by using sugar-free or low fat ice cream and sugar free chocolate syrup.)

INGREDIENTS

From the kitchens of ConAgra

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
4 flour tortillas (6 inch)

  1. What is this ‘low-fat’ ‘sugar-free’ you speak of? Works of the devil, I tell you. ;o)

Seriously, though, this looks evil and wonderful and awesome. Between this and Jenn’s Kahlua cake, I’m dying here.

Well, yeah…but there are those who try to be healthy. Not US! But there are some out there. Plus, this should be really easy to make AND you could just do the cinnamon/sugar tortillas and munch on those when you want sweet-n-crunchy. 😉
