Add some variety to your brunch menu with this Pancake Lasagna from My Food and Family! Our Pancake Lasagna combines all of your favorite breakfast ingredients—eggs, pancakes, OSCAR MAYER Bacon, syrup and more—into one tasty baked dish that the whole family will love.

What You Need
8 eggs
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE’S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided
8 frozen pancakes (4 inch)
1/2 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup
6 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled

Let’s Make It
1 – Heat oven to 350ºF.
2 – Whisk eggs in medium bowl until blended. Stir in sour cream, pepper and 1/2 cup cheese; pour into large nonstick skillet. Cook on medium heat 3 to 4 min. or just until eggs start to set, stirring occasionally. (Do not cook until completely set.)
3 – Place 4 pancakes in single layer on bottom of 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; drizzle with 1/4 cup syrup. Top with layers of half each of the eggs, bacon and remaining cheese. Repeat all layers; cover.
4 – Bake 25 to 30 min. or until heated through.

Kitchen Tips
Tip 1 – Make Ahead: This fun recipe can be assembled ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 12 hours before baking to serve as part of your breakfast or brunch.

Tip 2 – Substitute: Prepare using your favorite KRAFT Shredded Cheese.

My Tip – Double the bacon because…BACON!

Y’all surely know the drill by now–all the details on this recipe are over at My Food and Family so just CLICK ON OVER if you want to see them. I “stole” this recipe from one of my favorite former Delta Force dudes, Brody Buchanan. The Wolf lived on his boat, and still spends a lot of time on it. His mate, former CIA assassin Zeta Cordero, doesn’t cook. Good thing Brody learned to fend for himself. He can whip up this recipe in the blink of an eye and serve the love of his life breakfast in bed–whether in her seaside home or on his boat. If you’d like to read their story, you can grab UNDER THE ASSASSIN’S MOON for free with a Kindle Unlimited subscription or buy it for you keeper shelf. This book is part of Susan Stoker’s Special Forces: Operation Alpha series. Just click on the book cover or the title to sail on over to Amazon to one-click it. 🙂

  1. Fun!

Oooo, Under the Assassin’s Moon was so much awesome. Everyone needs to read these books already. Sheesh. And yeah, totally can’t see Zeta cooking. LOL

😆 Yeah, neither can I, though Brody is teaching her. A little. She’s an ace at ordering take-out though! 😉

Also, I really thought I’d replied to yesterday. My brain was obviously MIA. Ah well.
