Tuesday Treats & Titles: Fudge Bottom Candy-Crunch Pie

Baby, it’s hot! And I’m all about the cool and creamy when it comes to sweet. I know a former EMT who feels the same way. Also…chocolate! You can’t go wrong with chocolate. Right?

Prep our Fudge-Bottom Candy Crunch Pie in just 20 minutes. That means there’s no need to wait for a special occasion to make Fudge-Bottom Candy Crunch Pie.

What You Need
2 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding Pudding
2 cups cold milk
3 oz. BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided
1 chocolate cookie crumb crust
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
2 chocolate-covered toffee bars (1.4 oz. each), chopped, divided

Let’s Make It
1 – Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
2 – Microwave 2 oz. chocolate in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until almost melted; stir until completely melted. Stir in 1 cup pudding; pour into crust.
3 – Add half the COOL WHIP and all but 3 Tbsp. chopped toffee to remaining pudding; spread over pudding layer in crust.
4 – Top with remaining COOL WHIP and toffee. Melt remaining chocolate; drizzle over pie. Refrigerate 1 hour.

  1. Love this book so much! And yes, cool and creamy wins on a hot day. But I’m too lazy to make my own, so I stick with ice cream. Yay!
