I love this one! And no, I am not ready for Christmas. I finally got the tree up last week and the cards out. We even watched A Christmas Carol (the one with Patrick Stewart) last night and Scrooged a couple days before that. But I am totally not in a Christmas mood. I think I need ‘A Muppet Christmas Carol’ to make it right. Tomorrow, I’ll hit Wallyworld and pick up Christmas dinner and stuff. Maybe that’ll help. And I need to throw on Nat King Cole’s Christmas Album. Somethin’. ;o)
I know that lack-of-Christmas-spirit feeling. I have one more present to buy because I forgot to write it down but it’s just a GC so no biggie. I’ll hit WW on Monday to pick up a last few stocking stuffers and groceries to last well past the days after Christmas because ugh! Too much peopling involved. Jake agrees. I have a turkey but will need fresh bread for our sammiches. I did finally trade the sunflowers for the poinsettas on the dining room table. Not sure if I’ll get the garland on the front porch up or not. At least the wreath is on the door. 🤣
